Hotel Altaia - Altea

The hotel has the best possible location, not far from the beach, bars, restaurants, tram station. the staff at the hotel were amiable and particularly helpful, making our stay really enjoyable. - the breakfast was incredible and outstanding, with a lovely view and a wide variety of options to choose from.

The room is a nice size with lovely views of the sea. There are lots of supplies like a safe box, central heating, and a work desk. - the personnel is really helpful. - the ambiance is quiet. I had a great experience at Hotel Altaia in Altea. the room was spacious and offered beautiful views of the sea. It was equipped with handy amenities like a safe box, central heating, and a work desk. the hotel staff was very helpful, and the overall ambiance was peaceful and relaxing. I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

The breakfast here is amazing with a wide selection of food to choose from.

Staff were attentive, room was a nice size with a view. The breakfast meal was absolutely fantastic with a lovely view...

We liked the seaview and the balcony and a very big bathroom with 2 washing basins and a bath and a separate shower.

The sheets of the bed were not very clean (hairs) and one could feel the springs in the mattress and ended up with backache. The price was not in relation to what we found there.

The room was spacious with a huge comfortable bed, central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

Overall the room is spotless, airy and includes central heating, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The breakfast is outstanding served with a lovely view. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet.

The doors to the bathroom and toilet were too narrow for a walking frame.

Lovely location next to the beach and close to the tram station. Extra large bed in a well-equipped room. The breakfast had a good variety, including fruits, bread, vegetables, and eggs. The hotel also had its own car park, which was a great convenience.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was graded as 2 star but it had many features of a 3 star and deserved a better rating. It was spotlessly clean, had friendly, helpful staff and very good food in the restaurant. The reasons for not being 3 star were probably that it did not have tea and coffee making facilities although it had a mini-bar and it did not have a pool but was opposite the beach. It was a great location to sample the delights of Altea1

We had a room to side but still had a seaview and the hotel staff was friendly. However, the best thing was just being able to walk out of the hotel on to promanade of Altea's beautiful seafront with it's abundance of restaurants and bars, marina etc. Alsorts of shops nearby and we walked up to the delightful church and well kept church square which also had shops and good restaurants. Delightful short-break holiday. Thank you all.

This venue is a cozy gem with a great spot near the beach. Their breakfast is top-notch and you can enjoy it with a beautiful view 😊.

Location is superb, rooms cleaned and well fitted out, staff helpful. We thought it offered overall value above it's 2 star rating

Typical spanish decoration, furniture, location right on the beach among restaurants and cafe, perfect wide bed, bathroom with window, free parking, wiew to sea and rocks, close to old town - 10 minutes walk.
